When you consider the significant advantages of the “north coast” to its residents and guests, you can understand why it has attracted some of the largest and most luxurious houses and condos on the island. It is this setting that makes our little Studio so unique. Here is an affordable little jewel of a condo if you are willing to accept its small size for its attractive price point.

Welcome to MY COZUMEL CONDO Studio 302.

The Studio is affordable to rent but it does not give away any of the features you hope for in an ocean front condo. After all, it is located on the ocean side of Cantamar Condominiums, one of the most sought after condo units on the island. The spacious pool area and sand beach, cascade down to the sea where there is an unusually easy entrance to the water. There is a pool and sun deck level with a cold water shower and equipment wash tank, then you step down on either side of the pool to the sand beach where there are two palapas and a pergola- plenty of sun/plenty of shade.

Inside, My Cozumel Condo 302 is a wild and funky coming together of Latin and pop art decorating. We have taken the small size of this studio and filled ever square inch with art and amenities in order to provide one or two guests with the best lodging experience, in arguably the nicest condo setting on Cozumel Island.

Our studio is on the third floor, one flight of stairs up from the entrance gate. You will immediately be impressed with the creative lighting giving the feeling of Italian Murano glass. The bath on your right is entirely decorated with a vibrant ceramic tile and has a well positioned shower stall. Step farther into the space and you will see a cleverly planned galley kitchen, fully equipped for your meal preparation. There is a stove with oven, a microwave, a small sink and all the basic equipment you will need to mix a salsa or poach a grouper.

The condo's first open space has a dining table for two beneath a stunning, original wall mural of a Caribbean sunset. At night, the table folds down and a Murphy bed (queen size) folds out of a fabulously crafted cabinet with "his and her" wardrobes and drawers on either side.

Then you step down into a living area. There are two love seats opposite the LCD Flat screen TV and DVD Combo. On the same wall is a large chest to store your suitcases. Finally, you will step though glass doors onto your private balcony with a table and two chairs and a 180 degree view of the Caribbean with cruise ships departing in the evenings and dive boats in the mornings. Calling to and from the States is free and we have wireless internet.

A mini-split cools the studio easily and there is unlimited drinking water. Our price includes regular cleanings. For one or two people, it is a lovely little hideaway.
